Factory Evaluations
All
prospective manufacturers are inspected and evaluated
prior to considering them for possible participants in
our manufacturing programs. The factories are carefully
examined for compliance to all applicable social requirements,
in addition to standard quality and production criteria.
Once approved, we focus on identifying the factory's manufacturing
process to ensure the product to be made fits into the
normal production flow. Once the production process begins,
regular reviews are conducted in the factory, dealing
with quality and delivery, with timely corrective actions

specifications are covered with the factory prior to securing
